We have received your form. To finalise your onboarding, please send proof of identity and proof of address.
What to send
we will need two forms of ID. Please check out the list below to see which ones are accepted. You can take a picture and send it to back to this email address.
For proof of ID we accept one of the following:
- Full Passport, photocopy required of;
- The outside cover of the passport
- Inside legal page with passport number on the bottom
- Photo page
- Current UK or EEA photocard driving licence
- Original birth certificate
- National identity card bearing a photograph
Proof of address, we accept the following:
- Utility bill (gas, electric, satellite television, landline phone bill) issued within the last three months
- Bank statement dated in last 3 months
- Current UK driving licence (but only if not used for the name evidence)
